Exchanges and Returns

Our exchange and return policy meets the needs of our customers and is based on the Consumer Protection Code.

It is very important that customers pay attention to the deadlines for exchanges and returns.

About Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us through the form or via email at splendoreatelie@gmail.com with the subject EXCHANGE. The customer must submit the request and provide the order number and reason for the exchange.

Only after receiving a response to the request via email should the product be sent for technical analysis.

The deadline for sending the product for exchange is 7 (seven) days after receiving it. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

The product must be sent with its original packaging, attached label, no signs of seal violation, no signs of use, and no odor, and it must not have been washed or cleaned.

The consumer will be responsible for any misuse of the merchandise or damage caused by their own actions, as outlined in articles 12, 14, and 18 of the Consumer Protection Code.

The resolution time for exchanges is up to 30 (thirty) days after the product is received by the Splendore team.

The shipping cost for sending the product for the first exchange is the responsibility of the customer, while the shipping of the new product will be covered by Splendore. If additional exchanges are needed, the shipping and return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

About Defects

If the product has any defect, please contact us through the form or via email at splendoreatelie@gmail.com with the subject DEFECT within 7 (seven) days.

We take great care in the details and finishing of each piece in stock. We inspect all items before packaging and shipping. However, if any manufacturing defects are found, the items may be returned or exchanged.

Please note the following details:

  • Splendore has 5 (five) business days to analyze the product after receiving it.

  • After analyzing the product, we will provide a solution via the registered email: a refund of the defective item’s value (considering any promotional discounts applied), an exchange for the same product, or a store credit for future purchases. The store credit must be used only once and is valid for 30 days from its issuance.

Splendore reserves the right to return the same item to the customer, charging for shipping costs, if the product does not comply with the conditions outlined above.

About Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a purchase, please contact us through the form or via email at splendoreatelie@gmail.com with the subject CANCELLATION.

The customer must submit the request and provide the order number.

The deadline to return a product in case of cancellation is 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Only after receiving a response to the request via email should the product be sent to us for technical analysis.

The product must be sent with its original packaging, attached label, no signs of seal violation, no signs of use, and no odor, and it must not have been washed or cleaned.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Splendore has up to 5 (five) business days to analyze the product after receiving it.

Splendore reserves the right to return the same item to the customer, charging for shipping costs, if the product does not comply with the conditions outlined above.

If the order is returned by the postal service with the status "invalid address," "unknown recipient," "moved," "recipient not found," or a similar situation, the costs of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

About Refunds

  • Credit Card: The refund will follow the rules of the credit card provider. The reversal may appear within two billing cycles.

  • Bank Slip (Boleto Bancário): The full or partial refund of the purchase will be processed into the bank account of the same holder as the order. The refund may take up to 30 (thirty) days from the date of product analysis.

Important: Refunds will only be processed after the receipt and analysis of the product’s condition by Splendore.

Final Considerations

Products returned without prior communication, beyond the deadline, or missing accessories/items will be resent to the customer without prior consultation.

Returned pieces must not have undergone any alterations, such as hemming, lateral adjustments, height modifications, or any other changes.

All products will undergo a preliminary analysis, and if any defects or non-compliance with the stated conditions are found, the product will be returned to the customer.
